Subject: Disable the GBK test -- at present, we support only GBK/{1,2}, as
 that's all that can be achieved through the use of an ISO-2022-based codec.
 To get full GBK support will most likely require a new codec, preferably
 supporting the whole of GB18030 (which is a superset of GBK).
