  AlphaGen README
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  AlphaGen is a utility for recovering alpha channel information for bitmaps.
  It requires two copies of the input image, one on a black background and
  one on a white background.

  Usage:

      alphagen <black.png> <white.png> <output.png>

  It outputs a PNG with an alpha channel.


  Building AlphaGen
===================

  To compile AlphaGen:

      $ make

  To cross-compile AlphaGen:

      $ make TARGET=<target-platform>

  LibPNG is required to build.
