Duktape: Use align-by-8 on all platforms by default
This reproduces upstream commit de7ae8a2ecc597e1c2024c15dbeae4d28c9f2a2c. * https://github.com/svaarala/duktape/commit/de7ae8a2ecc597e1c2024c15dbeae4d28c9f2a2c It was applied to master after the release of Duktape 2.2.0.
