<p>Two issues above: 1. the top darker blue 1px line does not show up. (The img has no src attribute, but maybe the width/height attributes should be used anyway.) 2. There are two blank lines above and below &quot;Web&quot;. These are &amp;nbsp;s which have been incorrectly wrapped onto other lines. The table cell has width=1% and also nowrap.</p>
